We reviewed a boat load of barbeque books and this list is the best of the bunch. We think they provide a great foundation for learning the art of barbeque cooking. These books were developed and written by barbeque pros.

The cookbook below by Big Bob Gibson is point out for special attention. This is one of the best barbecue cookbooks that we own. Bob Gibsons recipes always simple and straightforward and usually turn out great results. You will find some of the same recipes that he uses in competition. And if you like to tweak your own recipes then this book is for you because his recipes are easy to make. this is definitely one of those books that you want to make a mainstay in your barbecue library.

Each book provides lots of detail, insight, humor, and color commentary. As is the case with most things in life you learn the most by doing and these books will certainly help you practice your skills with barbeque cooking.

Cooking Barbeque Brisket

barbeque brisketEveryone loves a good barbeque brisket that is tender and moist.

The trick is in managing the temperature and getting just the right amount of smoke. There is nothing worse than when it is dry and tough. Don't feel intimidated because you can cook a great brisket if you are careful about a few things. You can learn what they are by clicking the link below.
